What did you have to comment out?  (I've compiled the whole thing on
i386 and ppc64 without commenting anything out)

To increase the priority of a worker thread.  There are in-tree
drivers that do the same thing.  Also, it's not really part of the
low-level driver -- the worker thread is part of the core IB support.
Think of it as being similar to how ksoftirqd is niced to 19 and
kblockd is niced to -10.

In any case I can't defend it that vigorously; it is a bit of a hack
but it helps Oracle work better.
