[openib-general] ready to go

I have all the modules built on 64-bit k8 for from the drops at 
openib.org. 

If this works I'll put a tarbal of our current bproc kernel out there for 
you all to see. I did comment some broken stuff out but don't think it 
will hurt. 

Somebody tell me why a driver is doing set_user_nice please :-)
