Under which OS ? When I built it under 8.0 with the kernel.org
2.4.25, I had no issues. When I built it under RH 9.0 and 2.4.24, I
had the many issues, beyond the fact that of the set_user_nice issue.
It is looking for SYS_mlock and several other issues. All have been
solved but the one in mosal_mlock.c
