[openib-general] Codebase: when's a good time to branch

Hi,

I'm interested in grabbing the OpenIB codebase and working on my own
port to another OS. I know that the OpenIB code is currently in
transition, and that the Subversion repository is still being
configured/updated.

My question is, when would be the best time for me to grab a the code
for my own branch? Where should I take it from?

I will be trying to keep my port sync'ed with the OpenIB base where
possible, with the goal of being able to track bugfixes with minimal
effort.

Thanks,

-ajf
