That doesn't make sense.  The darwin driver API is completely different
from the Linux one, and Darwin doesn't really use the G5 as 64bit box
but merely as a faster 32bit PPC.

The real problem are making the code 64bit clean (if not yet done) and
using the proper dma abstractions which is required when using the
iommu.
