For those out there using exchange or compatible mail servers, the following
client-side rule will fix up Roland's messages.

- create a new rule, starting with a blank rule.
- apply the rule after new messages arrive
- with specific words in the sender's address (match: roland at topspin.com) 
- mark it as importance (set to: Normal)
- clear the Message Flag
