[openib-general] Loading / unloading IB modules

Is there a script available to load / unload the necessary InfiniBand 
modules by hand?
The reason I'm asking: As there are several people working on different 
taskts on the same machine, everybody has to use his own directory with 
kernel sources, so it's not possible to use modprobe. I've tried several 
combinations using rmmod and insmod, but in most cases the machine just 
freezes when modules are unloaded and then loaded again...
Do I have to pay attention to something when loading / unloading?
