I think InfiniBand got off track with this compliant stack stuff. The
stack was an almost unrealizable design. In the HPC community we want it
to go fast and not try to guarantee things that in the end it probably can
not (RD).
So I'm pretty happy to see other interest in the redo-from-scratch to
build a high performance stack that is not compliant, just works well for
HPC.
