I have some incomplete and slightly outdated documentation on the core
API and the CM.  Unfortunately there is no spec for the IPoIB code
(beyond the IETF documentation for IPoIB).  It's too big to post to
the mailing list but I will send you the PDF privately.

If you have any specific questions about the code or API, please post
them to the list and I'll do my best to help out.

Libor, do you have anything useful for SDP?

By the way, if you are planning on using or working on SDP, please
make sure you look at the Microsoft "Royalty-Free Sockets Direct
Protocol License Agreement" which is linked from the page
