We all agree that the current implementation of mosal_mlock.c should be
fixed and we plan to do it in driver 3.3.
The main idea is to use the function get_user_pages(), that we could not use
when driver was not a GPL.

I've used kernel.org 2.6.3 and 2.6.4 for i386 and ppc64. Also the
2.4.21 from RHEL 3.
The mosal_mlock.c code is nasty and needs to be fixed to work in a
cleaner way. Grunging through the kernel looking for pointers is
obviously not a workable solution.
