[openib-general] infiniband.sourceforge.net ?

The sourceforge project was started about 2 years ago
and the openib.org just started about a month ago as
they did not want to join the existing effort and
just released a bunch of more InfiniBand code.
We are working with the openib.org people to
take the best-of-breed components from all of the
open source stacks and make one best-of-breed
stack from all of it so that we do not end up
with multiple InfiniBand stacks long term.
In the short term, until we all evaluate which
components are the best-of-breed, there may be
multiple versions of various components.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [openib-general] infiniband.sourceforge.net ?
hi,
is openib.org related to infiniband.sourceforge.net?
the latter too aims to provide IB support for Linux.
i'd appreciate if someone could clarify.
hope its not similar to NGPT/NPTL scenario.
thanks
