[openib-general] Does the current 2.4 drop IPoIB work?

I didn't specifically run anything other than what was in the readme
which was:
By adding
alias infiniband_hca ib_tavor
alias ib0 ib_ipoib
alias ib1 ib_ipoib
alias net-pf-26 ib_sdp
to /etc/modules.conf, IP-over-InfiniBand (IPoIB) can be enabled
simply by running
ifconfig ib0 <netaddress> # HCA port 1
ifconfig ib1 <netaddress> # HCA port 1
Is there instructions somewhere on how to run a subnet manager and other
required steps?
Thanks,
Lon

Are you running a subnet manager? That is required to bring up the
logical link lights.
(And yes, ping will need to work for SDP to work)
