[openib-general] thh_mod_obj.c won't compile without CONFIG_P CI_NAMES=y

We already fixed that - we use the function pci_name() which provides
similar string. This function is available in 2.6.x kernels.
Please look at the last check-in done by Eitan Rabin for this fix.

If you have CONFIG_PCI_NAMES off like in the x86_64 defconfig,
thh_mod_obj.c fails to compile.  It is unable to find the pretty_name in
the pci_dev struct.

Either there should be an explicit dependency on this CONFIG option in
IB or the IB code should #ifdef it.
