These are 2.4.24 and 2.4.25 under RH 9.0.
Everything is compiled and wants to run. :-) I followed the little 
info sheet and I have:

I have configured the device and show to have an IP. I *assume* that 
getting the status (vapi status, vstat) have been replaced by ?
When I do the modprobe it never comes back. It DOES NOT crowbar.
