[openib-general] VLArbitration tables

Hi, there!

I've got one question. 
Do you know the initial values of the VL Arbitration tables "into the hardware"??

The specification says Subnet Manager sets them in the discovery process. But
OpenSM doesn't set them, it only keep its values in the "structes" (osm_physp_t).
