i'd also like to know which branch one need to be looking at and sending
patches against? the repository root (https://openib.org/svn/) is bit
confusing:

branches/
gen1/
  |- branches/
  |- tags/
  |- trunk/
  `- users/
tags/
trunk/
  |- contrib/
  |- openib/
       |- 1.0/
       |- 1.1/
       `- gen1/
             ...

should one be working with /gen1/trunk/ OR /trunk/openib/gen1/ OR
something else. i'd appreciate if someone could post a small note
on the state of the repository and the branch that people should
be using.
